How Do I Order? We sell wholesale only to the Furniture Industry. Please contact your sales representative listed under the Sales Rep tab to set up an appointment. If you are unable to reach your sales representative, please e-mail us through the "contact us" tab or call us direct at 310-515-2134 and select extensions "0" or "824". If you have an order form you may fax an order to us at 310-538-6852
What is the normal lead time to receive your product? The normal lead times are 3-4 weeks for canvas and print products and 6-8 weeks for mirror products.
Are there items carried in stock? Most of our 2,500 items are made to order, but some better selling items are maintained in inventory. Please contact via e-mail under the "contact us " tab or call our customer service department at 310-515-2134 ext. 824 to find out about product availability. They will also be able to recommend substitutes in the event you need product immediately.
How are items shipped? We use common carriers for most orders and UPS and Fedex ground where there is a single item that meets the size requirements.
What are payment terms? Commercial credit is extended to those companies that have acceptable credit ratings. The typical commercial account has 30 day terms. We also accept all major credit cards and prepayments by company check.
How are payments made? Payments are made to our factor who is listed in the remit to section of the invoice
How do you handle returns? Windor Vanguard assumes full responsibility in providing a quality product well packaged for shipping. We also take responsibility for handling damage claims. However, should you select a carrier and provide routing instructions, you will be responsible for handling claims for that shipment.
Please inspect shipment upon delivery for any obvious carton damage and note on the freight bill. A claim for damage is to be made within 10 business days. Please immediately contact our customer service department at 310-515-2134 ext. 824 regarding problems with your shipments.
What is the return procedure? Should you receive a defective product, please immediately call our customer servcice department at 310-515-2134 ext. 824 for specific instructions. Prior approval and a Return Mercahndise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by our customer service department prior to any merchandise being returned and accepted.
